Your satisfaction is our goal, therefore, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on what we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return them for a full refund. This guarantee is good for 30 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on the cost of the product only, not labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All products must be returned in resalable condition, not be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. Please make sure the measurements are correct on custom crutches, as these are exempt from the Money Back Guarantee unless there is a manufacturers defect or they do not build the crutches to the measurements you supply.

Shipping Policy

We ship using USPS Priority Mail for our smaller items and UPS ground for larger quantities and for crutches. We will ship overnight or second day for an additional charge. Contact us for the amount and to see if the item is available for immediate shipping.

Returns

Please contact a customer service representative by sending e-mail with the subject line Returns to thomas.fetterman@verizon.net. Refunds will be given on products only, not labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All products returned must not be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid.

Pricing

Thomas Fetterman Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and subsequently cancelled due to a price error, Thomas Fetterman Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty

All merchandise we sell is subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty & Restrictions. In most cases we are authorized by the manufacturer to handle or assist with warranty claims directly. Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover labor or installation charges, damages or shipping charges. If you have a warranty question, please call one of our customer service representatives toll free at 888-355-6941 or send your e-mail to thomas.fetterman@verizon.net for further warranty instructions.

Back Ordered & Drop Shipped Parts

We make every effort to have all products available for immediate shipment. In the event that part of your order is on Back Order, we will ship the available parts and set the status of the unavailable parts to "Back Order".

Shipping Damage Claims

Shipping damage must be reported to your local USPS or UPS office within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim send your e-mail with the subject line Shipping Damage to thomas.fetterman@verizon.net for assistance.

International Orders

Thomas Fetterman Inc. will accept international orders. Shipping on all international orders will be determined on an individual basis.
